How do I get numbers from an old mobile phone? Sim Card expired.?

I have two old sharp phones, both pay as you go vodaphone and I really need to get the numbers off both sim card and phone… As the Sim Cards have expired the phone blocks it so I can’t look at the phone address book. They are both vodaphone phones and have not been unlocked so I can’t put a different sim in….Any Ideas?
