Pentium 4! seriously? pentium-dual cores are quite affordable and can be overclocked from stock speeds to 4Ghz with a decent cooler. Otherwise everything else should be suffiecient. Maybe if you can find a cheap radeon hd 4850 or geforce 9800GT that would be really good but the geforce 240 is more then capable of handling those games
